Sunset Waters offers self contained holiday accommodation, overlooking Scarborough beach in sunny Perth, Western Australia. Our self catering units are all ground floor, airconditioned and have 2 bedrooms with a private garden courtyard and gas barbeque. The 2 Bedroom Villas are 4 times larger than the average motel room and contain the following facilities: COURTYARD: 30 square metres of private garden courtyard for each villa, each with a GAS BARBEQUE. Villas 2 & 3 have completely enclosed courtyards that safely confine todlers and young children. Villa 1 has a gate accessing Filburn Street. BEDDING: Queen size in master bedroom, 2 single beds in second bedroom. Clock radio, lamps. LINEN: All towels, linen, pillows, blankets and dooners supplied. BABIES: Folder cots & linen, baby bath, toilet trainer seat & high chair available free of charge on request. KITCHEN: Microwave, electric oven & hot plates, electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, pots & pans including a non-stick wok & cover, smoke detector. LIVING ROOM: Reverse cycle airconditioning (heat or cool), TV, DVD, intruder alarm, lounge suite, coffee table & lamp. PHONE: A public pay phone is located 100metres away. Both white & yellow pages are supplied in each villa. NTERNET: Broadband WIFI connection is available on site. Also, an internet cafe is located 80m away on the corner of Filburn Street and Scarborough Beach Road. LAUNDRY: Free communal laundry with private clothes line in each villa's courtyard. Clothes airer rack, iron & ironing table in each villa. CLEANING: For your privacy, the villas are not serviced during your stay. Each villa has a vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, broom and dust pan. Attractions Scarborough beach is 350 metres walk from our front door. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, post office, bank, ATMs, bus transport and intenet cafe are all within 100 to 350 metres walking distance. Child Policy -Children are welcome. Rates are for up to 2 persons per villa including children 2yrs & over. Maximum is 5 per villa. Extra rate is charged for 3rd, 4th and 5th persons. - BABIES: Under 2yrs are free.
