General Description
Spring Hill Gardens Apartments specialise in providing serviced
apartments for the corporate clients who appreciate both the quiet

Spring Hill Gardens is a three and a half star apartment complex ideally
located within the Spring Hill corporate precinct. Set amongst tropical
gardens, the fully self contained one and two bedroom apartments offer
pleasant and trouble-free inner city living. Central to everything
Brisbane has to offer, Spring Hill Gardens is a short walk to Central
Railway Station, the CBD, Fortitude Valley, bus links and river ferries.
As the complex is a three-story walk-up involving stairs (and no
elevators), this accommodation may not suit families with young children,
or some adults.
Attractions
Spring Hill Gardens provides easy access to the Brisbane business
district and all city and Valley entertainment venues. Performing arts
venues, art galleries, restaurants, markets and entertainment on the
Southbank of Brisbane are a short walk through the city and over the
bridge.
All public transport - rail, bus and river ferries - are easily
accessible.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of No Show and if you cancel your booking within 72
hours prior to check-in, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total
booking amount applies (No Refund).
Car Parking
Free car parking is available in a secure basement level car park.
Checkin Policy
Late and out of office hours checkin is available by arrangement
with the manager. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Friday and
8.30am to 12.00 Saturday. Spring Hill Gardens will not accept any bookings
for arrivals after 10 pm.

Transportation
Spring Hill Gardens is located only a five minute walk from the
Brisbane Central Railway Station. If driving, the best approach is from
Turbot Street, turning left into Bowen Street. If approaching from
Boundary Street, turn into Mein Street, then right onto Bowen.
