Mantra South Bank Hotel Brisbane
General Description
Located on Grey Street, adjacent to the Brisbane Convention and
Exhibition Centre and within walking distance to the Queensland Performing
Arts Complex, the State Art Gallery and the Museum, Mantra South Bank is
perfectly located to attract both corporate and leisure travellers. The
Mantra South Bank Brisbane comprises 161 studios and apartments located on
floors 2-7. Studios are equipped with basic kitchens, and full kitchens are
standard in the apartments. Work desks with data ports and high-speed
Internet access (surcharge) are available in all guestrooms, as are
plunger coffee makers, DVD players, and CD-stereo players. Newspapers and
extra towels are available on request.
The Mantra South Bank Brisbane has an outdoor, 20-metre heated pool and
spa tub located on level two. On the same floor is the fitness centre with
a good range of exercise machines (of which there are two or more of most).
The fitness centre can be accessed via room swipe key.
Stone Restaurant and Bar- Chic design with floor-to-ceiling stone-clad
walls, elevated ceiling line, and huge windows overlooking the
streetscape. Indoor and alfresco dining. Open from early morning until
late. All-day dining includes afternoon tea and after-dinner snacks.
Buffet and à la carte breakfast. À la carte service for lunch and
dinner. Snacks, light meals, coffee/tea, and a wide range of beverages
including cocktails also available. Menu features modern Australian food
and innovative share platters. Also popular for after-show dining. A TV is
positioned in the bar for major sports and news coverage.
Attractions
South Bank Parklands is located across the road, overlooking the
Brisbane River, and comprises 17 acres of gardens and lawns. Highlights
include three playgrounds, 14 barbecues (free of charge), covered picnic
tables, artificial beach and swimming lagoon, designated bicycle and
skateboard areas, the Clem Jones Promenade (for cycling, walking and
jogging), and a one-kilometre arbour-walkway covered with magenta
bougainvillea plants. The recreational activities listed below are

Cancellation Policy
A minimum cancellation fee of $110.00 will be charged if you cancel
your booking, in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier, which may
be up to 100% of monies paid. A fee of $27.50 will be charged for

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09: - 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for
bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a

01JAN-21JAN, 08FEB10-31MAR10: - 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled or
amended 72 hours prior to travel or in the event of a no show Valid for

cancelled or amended 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a
no show. If after arrival, clients are dissatissfied with any aspect of

All Additional guests are charged at $40 per person per night.
Children 15 years and under stay free of charge if using existing bedding
and staying with an adult.
