      General Description
      Located in the inner city suburb of Auchenflower, the Auchenflower
Apartments are and ideal location for an extended stay in Brisbane. 

The apartments are located amongst a suburban shopping centre so right at
your door step is a pharmacy, 24 supermarket, florist, Italian, Chinese,
Thai, European restaurants, video and liquor store. We are also walking
distance to the famous "Park Road" Milton coffee shops which
trade late into the evenings.
Auchenflower Apartments a great place to stay when you want to come and
support your team playing at Suncorp Stadium.

We aim to provide better value for money than serviced apartments or
hotels.

We have 6 studio apartments and one 3 bedroom apartment. Each Apartment is
fully furnished and has its own kitchen, bathroom laundry and lounge area.
There is a car park at the rear of the building for guests to use. Close
to Brisbane City, Wesley Hospital, QUT & UQ the apartments are set in a
refurbished low rise building amongst a small group of neighborhood shops
on Milton Rd.

Studios on Milton Rd are double glazed and sound proof, have Wireless
Internet, a Private car park and visitors parking. A Weekly linen service
is included in room rate. Cleaning service available on request for an
additional fee.

Ideal location for International students at QUT or UQ, or for people
working at Wesley Hospital
Bus stop outside. Walk to Wesley and Toowong Private Hospitals. 

ROOM FEATURES: Double bed (extra bed available on requests), separate
bathroom with shower, air-conditioned, lounge/coffee table, TV, kitchen
with oven microwave oven, teaser, jug, fry pan, cooking utensils, separate
laundry (washing machine & dryer), built-in cupboards.
    
    
      Cancellation Policy
      Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of
booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival.
Cancellation Policy If cancelled more than 5 days before arrival date,
deposit will be refunded less an administration fee. If cancelled less
than 5 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited. Disclaimer At
all times we, Auchenflower Studios, will endeavour to accept all bookings
that are made through our website, however we have the right to
cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any
changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you
