The Bank Guest House Wingham
General Description
Welcome to The Bank Guest House & Tellers Restaurant
The BANK Guest House is the perfect base from which to explore the beaches,
river bends and rainforest plateaus of the unspoilt Manning Valley.
The former Bank and Manager's residence, built in 1929, has been
completely refurbished to create uncluttered, contemporary country
accommodation in six ensuite'd rooms...and a special dining atmosphere
in Tellers Restaurant.

on the NSW MidNorth Coast.
Voted by the Sydney Morning Herald as one of the top 'getaways' -
the only one on the MidNorth Coast - The Bank was winner of the 2001
Regional Tourism Awards and the 2002 winner of the Northern Region
Restaurant Caterer Award.
"I enjoyed the weekend at your wonderful establishment, an oasis of
civilised and stylish living in country NSW" - Mike Dolan, Travel
Editor, Australian Women's Weekly.
Winner 2006 Greater Taree City Council Biennial Heritage Awards -
"Adaptive Re-use Category" "As the name suggests, it has
been successfully transformed into a restaurant and guesthouse and the
judges praised the minimalist changes to the fabric of the original
building".
