General Description Basic, clean self contained 1 and 2 bedroom holiday apartments 3 minutes walk from the centre of Surfers at Budget rates. Sunset Court is in a residential area only a couple of minutes walk from Cavill Mall in the centre of Surfers Paradise on Australia's Gold Coast. Our one and two bedroom apartments are self contained and can accommodate up to 6 people. Each unit has a bathroom and lounge room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchens are equiped with microwave, electric stove, full size fridge and all cooking and eating utensils. There are fans in each room and all linen and towels are provided. There is undercover parking and a laundry. Every unit has a sunny balcony overlooking the outdoor barbecue area by the 13 metre pool. Please be aware that our prices are low because we are a budget resort. All units are accessed by stairs, and so are not appropriate for people with mobility difficulties. Take first right after Cavill Avenue into Beach Rd. becomes Peninsular Drive. We are beside the roundabout. From Gold Coast Airport: Follow Gold Coast Hwy North into Surfers. turn left into Peninsular Drive & Sunset Court is straight ahead beside the roundabout. From M1 Motorway: Take M1 Motorway to Surfers. Take Smith St. exit & follow Gold Coast Highway South into Surfers. Take first right after Cavill Avenue into Beach Rd. becomes Peninsular Drive.
