premier shopping district, the Queen Street Mall. The Manor Apartment Hotel
consists of 40 one and two bedroom apartments. These apartments are bright
and spacious and well-appointed. Each apartment has its own fully equipped
kitchen and laundry. Each has separate and fully furnished bedrooms and
living areas. The Manor provides Continental breakfast, unlimited tea and
coffee and a selection of daily newspapers each morning in the Breakfast
Lounge. If you are a corporate traveller, you will appreciate the extra
privacy and facilities after a busy day, and the extra space to hold

Car Parking
The Manor Apartment Hotel has no onsite parking. We however offer a
discounted price for parking at The Wintergarden car park which is
situated on Elizabeth Street. Car park token will be validated at
Reception before collecting your car at a cost of $20 per 24 hours (1
entry/1 exit). We have a 10min drop off zone at the front of the hotel,
which you can park in upon arrival and our helpful staff will provide
directions to the Wintergarden Carpark. The Wintergarden is a 3 minute
walk from us.

Please use intercom at front door for resident manager to attend.

Child Policy
Children under 2 years old using existing bedding are free of charge
(up to 2 persons per 1 bedroom apartment and 4 persons per 2 bedroom
apartment). Extra bedding/persons/children (over 2 years of age) cost $35
per person per night including continental breakfast each morning
(absolute maximum of 3 persons in a 1 bedroom apartment and 5 persons in a
2 bedroom apartment - using a rollaway bed. Cot hire is $10 per night.
Highchair hire is $10 per night.

A boutique property of One and Two Bedroom Apartments catering to
the coporate traveller and holiday maker alike. A complimentary
continental buffet breakfast is offered to all in-house guests served
daily in our Breakfast Lounge. Each apartment has a separate bedroom/s
from a living/dining area. There is a bathroom per bedroom. The bathrooms
have laundry facilities. The fully equipped kitchens offer
refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooktop with 4
hotplates. Access to guest floors is by a security lifts. All apartments
are air-conditioned with an open window option.

$30.00 incl GST via Taxi. Qld Rail offer trains from both terminals at a
cost of $12.00 each way per person (or for your return journey see The
Manor Reception for purchase of a discounted $7.50 ticket). The Hotel is
situated on Queen Street in the block between Edward Street and Creek
Streets.
