General Description Situated in Logan City 15 minutes south of Brisbane & approximately 35 minutes from the Gold Coast. Just a short car trip to the Gabba, Dreamworld, Movieworld & Wet'n'Wild. Within a 5 minutes radius you will find several golf course, Kingston Park Raceway, Mount Cotton Driving School and sporting facilities like Meakon Park, John Paul College, Cornubia Sport Centre just to name a few. Public transport is easy - with a bus stop at our front door and a train station only 10 minutes away. LCMI offers all forms of motel accommodation. Our standard rooms all have modern facilities incl. airconditioning, colour tvs, bar fridges & business facilities. Standard upgrade rooms have been freshly renovated & some include a 42" plasma TV & DVD player. Standard spa suites are all located on the lower ground and includes a 2 person spa bath. We also have EASI-ACCESS rooms fitted with shower rails & shower chair, for ease & comfort. For your convienance a guest Laundry is located onsite. For the warmer months an outdoor swimming pool and amble parking for larger vehicles including mini buses, trailors, caravans and even trucks. Cancellation Policy In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies. Car Parking Off-street car parking is available,most are undercover with some right outside of your unit door. There is extra parking for guests and larger vehicles located behind our restaurant . All parking is free of any charges. Checkin Policy No Same day bookings accepted after 7pm. Please advise us of your eta and a mobile number. CHECK IN IS AVAILABLE AFTER 2PM. If reception is unattended please use the night phone located to the left of Reception's door dial 9 and wait for a response. CORPORATE SPECIAL EXECUTIVE ROOM B & B - Large rooms with balconies, airconditioning, queen beds, FREE tea and coffee undercover parking, writing desk, color television and ensuite. Transportation If travelling from the south (Gold Coast) take the Shailer Park Exit Number 26 and turn left we are located 400m north along the service road. Travelling from the North (Brisbane) Winnets Road Exit Number 24, turn left at the roundabout, travel straight at the traffic lights turn left into Nujooloo Road we are 1.6km south from this intersection.
